How to Prepare For Your First Class
Thank you for signing up for the Breathwork & Ice Bath Workshop! We are really excited to have you join our community. Here’s what you need to know prior to coming to class.
Location:
3047 S. 2300 E. Millcreek, UT 84109. Please come to the geodesic dome in the back of the white house.
Parking:
You may park on the neighborhood streets north and south of our location. (Gregson Avenue or 3000 S. work well) You cannot park on 2300 E. and please do not park in our driveway.
What To Bring:
If you will be taking the ice bath bring a swimsuit, large robe or sweats (to throw on quickly after the bath), a towel, a blanket, warm comfortable clothes, and flip-flops. You may want to bring a warm blanket for the breathwork practice especially during colder months.
Risks, Contraindications, Disclaimer:
Ice baths and breathwork can be safely practiced by healthy people. Although complications are rare, there is always an inherent risk with cold exposure and it’s not for everyone. It is not recommended if you are on high blood pressure medication, have epilepsy, suffer from seizures, or are pregnant. If you have any other medical conditions please consult your doctor prior to coming to the class. If you choose to participate, you are responsible for your decision to do so and responsible for following instructions that will keep you safe during the practice.
