First, fill out this questionnaire so we can get a better idea of your goals. Then, watch the tutorial videos to get ready for your first class. Finally, sign-up for a class on our sign-up page or on the schedule at the bottom of this page.

It’s recommended that you use a stable internet connection, that you use headphones and you practice in a quiet room where you won’t be disturbed. You can practice laying down or sitting up, but we recommend that you practice laying down first. If you have weaker joints, you might put a blanket or get a bolster to place under your knees. It is not recommended to use a pillow under your head. Bring your journal to class to jot down anything inspirational that comes to you during your practice.

Risks, Contraindications, Disclaimer:

Breathwork can be safely practiced by healthy people. Although complications are rare, there is always an inherent risk with cold exposure and it’s not for everyone. It is not recommended if you are on high blood pressure medication, have epilepsy, suffer from seizures, or are pregnant. If you have any other medical conditions please consult your doctor prior to coming to the class. If you choose to participate, you are responsible for your decision to do so and responsible for following instructions that will keep you safe during the practice. Please contact us if you have any questions or special medical concerns. Everyone will be required to sign a waiver of liability before the class begins.
