UPDATE: We have temporarily stopped offering ice baths while we spend some time away in Mexico and will resume in the winter. In the meantime, we have two incredible instructors leading our breathwork classes.

To join us, sign up for a class below. Upon sign-up, you will be provided a link to our class preparation page with a 7-minute video training and a mandatory waiver to sign. After signing the waiver, you’ll be prompted to take a selfie using your camera. Snap it and press submit. Both must be completed prior to joining the class.
