Build a more resilient organization.
Bring calm, mental clarity and energy to your workplace with the transformative power of breathwork.
Poor mental health and stress can negatively affect your team’s job performance, productivity, engagement with others, physical health, and daily functioning.
47.6 million Americans suffer from mental health issues. Using something as simple and accessible as their breath, your team will learn how to take charge of their physical, mental, and emotional wellness, while improving their performance in the workspace.
Breathwork has been scientifically proven to:
Reduce stress and anxiety - Improve mood and self-esteem - Help manage depression - Help heal from trauma and manage PTSD - Help with pain management - Improve sleep - Help overcome addictions - Increase mindfulness and self-awareness - Increase patience and tolerance - Boost energy - Improve the immune system - Improve mental focus - Increase creativity and imagination
Now more than ever before, workers are wanting more from their employers.
The workplace is constantly changing. Companies are now competing for the best talent and exploring innovative approaches to employee retention. The business culture is evolving to address and de-stigmatize the mental health challenges of its employees in response to the undeniable impact of world events, lockdowns, changing safety protocols, and the isolation of remote work. While we would like to highlight altruism as a possible cause, let’s face it, this trend is happening for a reason: missed work days, productivity issues, and high turnover costs money. Lots of it.
To mitigate these issues, many companies are developing wellness programs that include therapists, coaches, gym memberships, yoga, and stress management courses. Breathwork integrates with existing wellness programs, supporting the workforce in dealing with anxiety, depression and other forms of daily stress, resulting in more productive and happy employees.
Flexible class times fit the busy schedules of everyone on your team.

What People Are Saying:
-
"I was diagnosed with PTSD right around when I found Inner Alchemy"
The second I came my first time, I knew I was exactly where I was supposed to be. In less than a year, between this safe space and therapy, I don’t get triggered anymore. SO much has healed and I can thank and credit this amazing couple. This place is a constant in my life ♥️"

-
"Breathwork is like natural medicine"
Breath has been such a helpful tool in my everyday life. I noticed in the first week a different person emerging and after two weeks my family saw a huge change, for the better of course. I receive feedback from other members as well as from Paulus himself and it's always sound, positive advice. For me, it is kinda like group therapy and I have evolved my attitude and emotions to a higher more positive level. Another thing, on the first day Paulus let me know that he was my friend and to reach out if I needed anything and I have and he has been there for me.

"I am Hooked"
I started doing breathwork online with Paulus at the beginning of February. I did it 5 plus days a week for 2 months straight and I still do it almost every day. I am hooked! Since then my stress level has gone down. I had stopped drinking in December and it helped me to stay sober. I sleep consistently better without a sleep aid. By the time I am finished each morning I have energy and feel great. Doing breathwork is like meditation on steroids. Paulus is a great teacher and is there to guide you every step of the way.

"I use this tool as a way to let go of my anxiety"
Morning breath-work with Paulus has been one of the most transformational practices for me in so many ways. I have had some very stressful trials and tribulations over the past few months. Breathing and meditation have carried me through with a positive and grateful attitude. I look forward to Paulus’ words of wisdom and guidance each morning. Love and blessings to all!

FAQs
What are the benefits of breathwork?
Some of the benefits you can experience include raising energy levels, cleansing and detoxing, activating relaxation responses, boosting the immune system, and promoting longevity and peak performance.
What can I expect with the live online classes?
The on-demand special classes are designed to move you through uncomfortable emotions and problems that life throws at you. We have special classes on topics such as trouble sleeping, lack of self-esteem, fighting with your partner, dealing with cravings or addictions, and even moving through emotions like anger, shame, loss, or loneliness.
Because breathwork brings us into a meditative state easily, it allows us to view these troubles from a new perspective. Oftentimes that shift in perspective is what helps us move through these difficult times, and solve problems that didn’t seem solvable with our previous view.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes. The breathwork technique we teach uses intermittent hypoxic training which involves holding your breath for short periods of time. This technique is contraindicated in case of:
- acute somatic and viral diseases
- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III)
-chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal illness
-individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency
-cancer
-people with epilepsy or a history of seizures
-pacemakers or heart arrhythmias
-history of stroke, hypertension, or heart disease
- pregnancy
If you have any other conditions or questions, we encourage you to speak with your doctor to find out if intermittent hypoxic training is safe for you.
What do I need to take to the online classes?
Prior to taking any classes, you will view an instructional video on how to do the breathwork techniques and how to set up your space. All you really need is a quiet space, headphones, and a stable internet connection. Everything else we cover in the initial instructional video is optional to enhance your experience.
